2025 Site Map — will be updated for 2026!

Class Spaces
At the gathering, classes will largely happen under teaching tarps organized around types of classes. Some classes will happen in instructor camps and some, such as plant walks and tracking classes, will happen on the move.
Main Fire
The main fire is a place for people to gather and connect throughout the gathering, kind of like a living room for all. There are also classes held at the main fire. Friday and Saturday evenings there are often planned song and story performances after dinner, or a drum circle later in the evening.
Community Camps
In addition to these public spaces, people often make camps in groups creating small villages to share food and company. It’s always a good idea to check in with folks when entering a space not your own, and if it is your space it is always good to clearly and thoughtfully welcome people in or let them know that your home-for-the-gathering is not having visitors at the moment.
The Neighborhood
This year we have some unique affinity spaces being held down by two co-leads with the support of the community offering all sorts of things throughout the days and evenings for their respective camps.
At times, these individual camps might be a closed container reserved only for identifying folks of these spaces. Other times, they will be open to allies and accomplices and sometimes in collaboration with other camps such as The Block Party Saturday night! There will be descriptions and a schedule posted in The Neighborhoods area of the info board with what’s going on, when, and where for all of these spaces.
The Neighborhood is an area where any form of hate is not tolerated. Collaboration and our own individual walks of life are celebrated and respected.
For more specific info stay tuned and check out the info board during the gathering!
Casa Metzli – Fem Space
A gathering of women honoring the cycles of the moon with our sacred waters. Together, we dive deep into the waters of femininity, exploring the energies of the child, maiden, mother, and grandmother within us. This is a space of support through the phases of life, embracing the unique experiences and challenges of being a woman. Here, you are invited to explore your thoughts and feelings in an open and sacred container. Our purpose is to align with the divine rhythms of our menstrual blood, embracing its wisdom, or, for those who no longer bleed, to connect deeply with the power of the womb through intentional practices.
People of the Global Majority (PGM)
The PGM camp is a sacred container devoted for those who have been historically silenced & forcefully disconnected from their lands and culture. It is a space where our voices, opinions, stories, triumphs, grief, roots, and excellence are fearlessly celebrated and highlighted. Come here to REST your minds, bodies, and souls. We build interconnectivity and intersectionality while being the most authentic version of ourselves. By acknowledging the tragedies of the present and past we can inform a resilient future. De-colonize this place!
This is an open space that will have some closed container scheduling to prioritize our BIPOC community. We will act in flexibility and the space will evolve as needed. If you are unsure if you identify as PGM–come chat with us!
“Global majority” is used interchangeably with ‘BIPOC’ as an empowering and validating phrase that challenges the inaccurate euphemism ‘minority’. The PGM make up approximately 80% percent of the global population. Using this terminology de-centers both whiteness and Turtle Island (aka the US) as the primary global entity.
How PoGM can tap in: Come as you are, and make this space your own by sharing some of your cuisine, folklore, truths, pains, yearnings, goals, ambitions, and heal with those who can most relate. Come here to take a nap or take a time out if things are too heavy between classes, or just to unapologetically be you in open arms away from it all.
Queer Sanctuary
Queer Sanctuary is an inclusive safer space for queer and trans folks along the LGBTQ spectrum— including folks exploring or questioning their gender or sexuality. Historically, Queers have created these types of spaces in order to more freely express our creativity, rejuvenate, experience belonging, and build community. Everyone in the queer and trans family is invited to co-create this space as a place to collectively meet our needs, as we seek to remember and celebrate our fullest selves in community. We hope you’ll come be gay together!
Sircle of the Sun – Masc Space
We are a space open to cis, trans, straight, and queer men, and are honored to be curating and creating space for the beings who embody the infinite variety of masculine identities – the Sons, the Brothers, the Fathers, the Uncles, Grandfathers, and the Ancestors. We believe there are as many types of maleness as there are men – bring your unique, creative expression of masculinity into this space and let us witness one another in our strength and power.
The Sircle of the Sun camp is a non-judgemental place to come relax, sit in communion, share stories around the fire, and take part in a host of offerings. We look forward to meeting you.
Ancestor Fire
In collaboration with Sangoma Oludoye
What is the Ancestor Fire? What is our intention?
The Ancestor Fire is a sacred, ceremonial fire that offers a bridge of connection to our ancestors, to those who have gone before us. It is a place to come and make prayers, discuss our troubles, tell our stories, share our griefs, celebrate our joys, honor our elders, sit in quiet reflection, and allow for the wisdom in us all to emerge. Together, we hold space for the complexity of life, for the possibility of re-weaving together the fabric of our community. The Ancestor Fire burns day and night; come sit a while and feed the fire and the ancestors with your finest thoughts and feelings.
Veterans Camp
Our Veterans Camp can be found in quiet camping. You can contact our instructor coordinator Veronika efginstructors@gmail.com with any questions about this space.
First Aid
First aid is a space devoted to caring for our physical and emotional wellness needs. The volunteers have skills ranging from first responding and nursing to acupuncture and herbalism. We are stocked with natural and conventional remedies to support everyone during the event.

Tea Tent
Come rest your bones and curl up with a warm cup of tea. This space is snuggly and full of sweet conversation, or a space to read a book and take time for yourself. Help us tend the fire and plug in, in any way you wish; we welcome the extra hands. Please bring your own mugs ! And please be patient, we are doing our best to keep you caffeinated and nourished. We are fueled by donations! This space is a labor of love and we feel honored to serve this gathering in this special way. Our goal is to provide coffee in the morning and nourishing tea blends throughout the day and into the evening, while still tending to our own needs and enjoying the offerings around us. Coffee starts at 7:30! The rest will flow as time allows.
Mutual Aid
Mutual Aid space serves the gathering as a place for meeting and tending to our individual and collective needs, whether that’s finding a new sleeping bag because yours was rained on, or making herbal medicine and ferments together for local free apothecaries and foodshares. The space and its stewards hope to develop the skills and have the conversations needed to help us build networks of community care and resilience that’ll get us through the collapse of capitalism and beyond. We’ll need practice in living the better world we all deserve, and this space is that practice.
Come peruse the free store, get cozy with a zine and a cup of tea, cook a meal for yourself and friends, or attend one of our offerings.
