  • **If purchasing a pass is cost prohibitive and/or work-trading is not a viable option for you, please check out the Scholarship Fund to see if this potential financial assistance is a good fit for you.
  • We’ve changed our ticket selling platform and as a result prices are no longer on a sliding scale (We know. We’re not excited about it either), but we do take donations through the registration page. Please use this opportunity to pay a little extra if you are able. Doing so ensures the continuation of the gathering. Thank you!
  • Prices went up in 2024 for the first time in at least 5 years. Where does this money go, you wonder? It goes toward the rising cost of food and materials necessary to put the gathering on as well as towards paying as many people as we can for the work they do to make it happen. Please see the ‘Financial Transparency’ page for more information.
  • Prices listed will have sales tax added at time of purchase.
  • Event Policy: Dogs/pets, alcohol, drugs, illegal substances, and firearms are prohibited at the event. Only Service Animals are permitted by law.
