Camping gear with excellent rain and wind proof strategy
Bedding for warm and very cold temps
Dishes, mug, and utensils
Headlamp/flashlight (red or blue night vision option is helpful)
Comfortable walking shoes and mud boots
A cart for hauling gear/water to your camp
Bring a chair if you are uncomfortable sitting on the ground
Clothing for a wide range of temperatures– think 20s to 70s.
Rain gear
Day pack with water, snacks/lunch, extra layers, notebook and pen/pencil.
Sun hat and sun protection.
Food: Lunch will be on your own. Bring your own alternatives and back up provisions.
Drinking Water if you prefer not to drink natural well water.
Bucket with snug fitting lid for packing out all trash.
Cold showers will be available this year, but please plan to bring what you need for personal hygiene.
Review the class descriptions for those you are interested in and bring the tools or materials needed for the class such as sharp non-serrated fixed blade knife, drums, pruning shears, sharp scissors, buckskin
Seeds for the seed swap
Drums (to be played before 11 pm, unless scheduled drum circle is permitted to run later)
Swim suit for the public access springs nearby
Items for the trade blanket and bizarre similar to those (and with the same exclusions) as you would find in The Guild (camp store)
Pocket money for The Guild and possible class materials fees
Please keep in mind that in Suwannee County, events of this size may be required to have police officers present. If you are traveling from other states, please make yourself aware of Florida laws, especially around illegal substances.
Alcohol, illegal substances, and firearms are prohibited at the event.
